Discovery and Direction

We begin with a detailed questionnaire so I can properly understand your services, audience and goals.
We then review your responses together on a focused call, refining your positioning and clarifying what your website needs to achieve.
This stage ensures we are building with intention rather than assumption.
Strategy and Visual Workshop

We hold a two-hour working session where we refine your messaging and define the visual direction of your website.
During this workshop we explore your tone of voice, positioning and how you want your work to be presented. We also agree the overall visual style of the site, including the direction for imagery and photography.
This ensures the website reflects your work clearly and consistently before any design begins.

Once the structure of your website is mapped out, you will receive a guided content workbook.
This walks you through each page of your website with prompts to help you clearly explain your services, approach and client transformation.
If you already have website copy, we can work with that and structure it for clarity and SEO. If not, the workbook helps uncover the right messaging for each section of the site.
Design and Build

Using the insights from our workshops and your completed content workbook, I begin by designing the homepage in the agreed visual direction.
This establishes the look, layout and structure of the website.
Once approved, I design the remaining pages and build the full site in Showit, ensuring your content is structured with clear hierarchy, strong SEO foundations and considered layout so visitors can quickly understand what you offer.
Launch and Handover

Once the website is complete, it is delivered fully built and ready to go live.
You will receive a detailed PDF guide explaining how to edit and update your website, along with a recorded walkthrough video so you can manage the site confidently in your own time.
I am inviting six female coaches or therapists to invest in a fully custom Showit website at £1,800.
You will experience my structured framework, strategy and design process, resulting in a fully editable Showit website that you can manage yourself with confidence.
In return, I ask that these first six clients are open to offering thoughtful feedback and a detailed testimonial once the project is complete.
